Black Rose - Is an organization in the metro DC area who also hosts an annual event in the DC area and has a wide variety of types of play. I usually attend and have only once gotten to be a FSC there, although I have done a lot of other play there. An excellent place to learn about a variety of play in workshops as well as explore with other like minded adults.
